Yes. A registered doctor reviews your case and confirms the diagnosis before sending you the report and instructions.

What is the electronic prescription like and how is it verified?

It is issued and electronically signed by a doctor. It includes verification data (signature/code/QR) and is valid in pharmacies that accept electronic prescriptions. Keep the prescription on your phone.

Can I come back for another consultation if I don't improve?

Yes. You can schedule a follow-up appointment if your symptoms persist or change. If they worsen or a warning sign arises, we will advise you to seek in-person care.
